Sustainability, a word so widely used that it’s on the risk to suffer from inflation. Moving forward towards a green and circular economy we need to understand that not all technical inventions are the kind of innovation we need.
In fact, we should only count as innovation the kind of green initiatives that move the world to a more sustainable direction, especially in packaging.
Dirk Wens
To build true innovation – not replacing products that will only cause us problems in the long run – we need to see business increasingly partnering with as well each other as with specialists.
The easy answers to sustainability are already figured out so now we need initiatives to hack the hard ones.
Not with one-off stunts but on focusing on projects with bigger potential to curb carbon emissions, e.g. packaging.
Packaging is an essential part of most of the commercialized products and your precious product deserves a unique and fair packaging solution. No green washing but based on international recognized labels and certificates.
Sustainability is a big challenge – especially for big(ger) brands – especially as they seek to recruit Gen Z-consumers in meeting their needs which have proved being different from previous generations.
A generation of youngsters that has the power to communicate about their favorite brands on social media, blogs and forums.
This visibility is as well an asset as a danger because the moment someone does something good or wrong, it immediately gets blasted around the world for everyone to see.
With our more then 30 years of packaging experience, amongst which 15 in sustainable packaging we are sure to be able to deliver you a recyclable, compostable, CO2-neutral and/or bio(based) alternative to conventional packaging.
